Here’s a super easy + healthy chocolatey recipe that’s mostly made up of pantry staples for those of us stuck at home right now.

Ingredients

  • 2 large avocados, peeled & pitted
    (𝘱𝘴𝘴𝘴𝘡… 𝘺𝘰𝘢 𝘀𝘒𝘯’𝘡 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘡𝘒𝘴𝘡𝘦 𝘡𝘩π˜ͺ𝘴 π˜ͺ𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦π˜₯π˜ͺ𝘦𝘯𝘡!)
  • 2 scoops M’lis Chocolate MRP
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Β½ cup coconut milk
  • 5 tbsps maple syrup

Toppings (Optional)

  • Chopped Hazelnuts
  • Sea Salt Flakes
  • Bananas

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix for one minute.

Step 2

Scrape down the sides with a spatula and pulse again.

Step 3

Transfer the pudding to a bowl and refrigerate for 15 minutes or until cold.

Step 4

Divide the pudding between four glasses and sprinkle-on toppings if using.
