Suggested At Home Use: Apply to the body three times weekly with or without water. May be applied to dry skin before showering, rubbing in a circular motion from feet to shoulders. For less intensity, it can also be used on wet skin in the shower. For a facial exfoliator use M’lis SCRUB.
Suggested Professional Use: Apply to the body without water prior to applying the CONTOUR Body Wrap Cream. Rub in circular motions from the feet to the shoulders. Brush o with a dry towel.
