About this Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops M’lis Protein Powder

  • 6 oz Almond Milk

  • 1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries

  • 1/4 Frozen Banana

  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 2 tbls Cashews

  • 1/8 Cup Oats

Mix-ins (Optional)

  • Chopped Hazelnuts
  • Sea Salt Flakes
  • Strawberries

Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix for one minute.

Step 2

Divide the pudding between 2 glasses and sprinkle-on toppings if you would like.
